SSC Stenographer ka Exam Computer Based Test (CBT) hota hai. Isme total 200 Questions (200 Marks) hote hain jise solve karne ke liye apko 2 ghante yani 120 min ka samay milta hai.

Skill Test

SSC Stenographer Grade C: 100 w.p.m. speed in 10 min.

Important Points:

Mode of Exam: Ye exam CBT Online and Objective Type Multiple Choice hoga.
Language: Paper Hindi aur English dono languages mein hoga (English Language section ko chhod kar).
Negative Marking: Har galat ans par 0.25 marks yani 1/4 marks kaate jayenge, isliye answers dhyan se dein.
Normalisation: Agar exam multiple shifts mein hota hai, toh marks ko normalize kiya jayega.
Sectional Timing: Dhyan rakhein ki isme Part-I aur II ke liye 30-30 minutes aur Part-III ke liye 60 minutes ka sectional timer hota hai.

SSC Stenographer Selection Process 2026

SSC Stenographer Recruitment 2026 mein final selection pane ke liye aapko niche diye gaye stages ko clear karna hoga:

Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT): Sabse pehle aapko ek online objective test dena hoga. Isme Reasoning, General Awareness aur English ke total 200 questions hote hain.
Stage 2: Skill Test in Stenography (Short-Writing): Jo candidates CBT ka SSC Stenographer cut off clear karenge, unhe Skill Test ke liye bulaya jayega. Ye test sirf qualifying hota hai, lekin isme pass hona mandatory hai.
Stage 3: First Round of Tentative Allocation & Post Preference: SSC apse online mode mein aapki post aur department ki preferences (choice) mangega. usi ke hisab se apki us post ke liye selection kiya jayega.
Stage 4: Document Verification (DV): SSC Stenographer result aane ke baad, chayanit (selected) ummeedwaro ke documents ki janch sidhe unke allotted departments ya ministries dwara ki jayegi.
Stage 5: Final Merit List: Final selection aapke Computer Based Exam (CBT) aur Skill Test mein prapt marks aur aapke dwara di gayi Post Preference ke aadhar par hota hai.

Note: Paper-I CBT Exam me 0.25 marks ki negative marking hai.

Uske baad Id Password se login kar lena hai. (agar apne pahle se OTR bana chuke hai to phir se OTR banane ki jarurat nhi.)
Old Portal (ssc.nic.in) ka OTR yah manya nhi hoga.
SSC Stenographer par Click kare.
Live Photograph capture kare (without sunglass and Cap).
Scanned Signature ka size 10 to 20 KB ke bich hona chahiye.
Application Fee pay kare aur print out le len.
