1. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice

Govt Exam Tool respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the “DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

3. Takedown Process and Action

Upon receipt of a valid, complete DMCA notice through our designated email, we will take whatever action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate. This includes the immediate removal of the challenged material from the Site within 1 to 3 business days.

As our website primarily functions as an Eligibility Calculator portal, we do not intentionally host premium content. Most PDF links point to official government portals or third-party cloud drives. However, if any link violates our policy, it will be permanently delisted.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Govt Exam Tool has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at Govt Exam Tool’s sole discretion, access and services to users or content contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
